Our facility
Custom-built production
Our state-of-the-art production facility houses top specification Kolbe Grinding, flaking and cutting equipment, high output Rex Vacuum fillers, and multi-format flow wrapping machinery.
Our plant has been chosen and designed to quickly process ingredients at extremely low temperatures. Over 7,600 square foot of freezing capacity facilitates greater purchasing flexibility, allowing us to utilise the very best available ingredients.
Our facility is both Trading Standards and DEFRA inspected and approved. APHA regulated HACCP procedures ensure the highest levels of quality and safety standards are both achieved and maintained.
We meet all the requirements of the Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations 2013. We meet EU Regulations (EC) No 1069/2009 and are permitted to transport and process class 3 ABPs. APHA Registration number 28/295/8101 ABP/PTF.
